ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE MODERN INFORMATION INFRASTRUCTURE’S FORMING IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article actualizes the issue of the modern information infrastructure’s forming under present conditions. The organizational and legal aspects of further progressive development of this subject sphere are analyzed here. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the practical realization of the present trend – general digitalization – requires an appropriate basis in the form of the state’s information infrastructure. It is pointed out that the well-balanced state information policy can provide support for appropriate administrative decision-making aimed at implementing of innovative approaches in the sphere of public administration. It is proved that the development of information infrastructure contributes to the evolution of the modern information society’s components with its subsequent transformation into digital one.
