Abstract
The article is investigated to the urgency of the problem of analysis and clarification of the normative provision of training of persons studying in higher educational establishments with specific conditions of the State Criminal-Enforcement Service of Ukraine in the field of the use of physical force, special means and firearms is substantiated. Basic scientific researches have been worked out within the framework of the problem. The status of the normative-legal and normative provision of training of cadets in this sphere have been analyzed.
