ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMPETENCE OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION FORMATION

Abstract
The article defines and substantiates the organizational and pedagogical conditions of foreign language competence of future specialists in international information formation (the orientation of foreign language training of future specialists in international information on formation of stable professionally-oriented motivation for students from the acquisition of professionally important knowledge and skills, teaching of professional disciplines in a foreign language for mastering students in a foreign language, professional orientation based on the competence approach, the use of future activity in the specialty typical situations modeling method, using active forms and innovative teaching methods, application of teaching-methodical complex for students professional foreign competence formation). The author offers her own definition of organizational and pedagogical conditions of future specialists’ foreign competence formation. The concept "motivation of professional activity" is defined and classification of motives is given. The author suggests ways of students' motivation to study professionally-oriented foreign language development. The article presents the classification of presentations, developed by the author, and also presents the topics of presentations in a foreign language (English) for future specialists in international information. The ways of introducing each of the defined organizational and pedagogical conditions into the process of foreign language training of future specialists in international information are revealed. The author substantiates the importance of implementation and essence of the author's course "Foreign Language Practice for Future Specialists in International Information".
