Organizational Culture As An Innovative Direction Of Educational Management

Abstract
The article deals with the urgency of the choice of directions and mechanisms to improve the efficiency of the educational system with a focus on market economy, the development of a single methodology of educational development and related to this methodology techniques and management mechanisms. It is defined objective and subjective factors distributing management innovations in educational management. It is found the importance of organizational culture as an innovative management institution trend. The article presents different researchers views on understanding the organizational culture that made it possible to determine its characteristics and made it possible to isolate specific differences in organizational culture of the institution from other organizations and thus determine its properties, functions and structure.
