Organizational fundamentals of law enforcement service: foreign experience

Abstract
This article analyzes the organizational principles of law enforcement service. According to the author, in terms of social transformation actualized need to identify key features of public law enforcement service. The specificity of militarized civil service highlighted features law enforcement services on the basis of international experience.
