ORGANIZATIONAL-LEGAL PROBLEMS OF USING OUTSOURCING ON THE MARKET OF LOGISTIC SERVICES IN THE CONDITIONS OF UKRAINIAN REALITIES

Abstract
The article deals with the legal problem connected with the implementation of outsourcing relations. The organizational and legal bases for using logistic outsourcing in the economic activities of the enterprise are covered and summarized. The aspects of expediency and the basic motives of transfer of logistical functions on outsourcing in the conditions of realities of the national market are analyzed.
