ORGANIZATIONAL PATHOLOGIES AND PERSONAL RISKS: INTERACTIVE DIALECTIC

Abstract
The article deals with the relationship of organizational pathologies and risks associated with personnel. By distinguishing the personal and managerial aspects of the analysis, the effect of different dysfunctional states on the appearance of external and internal personnel risks has been illustrated. Measures to prevent the occurrence of pathological conditions and personnel risks that have negative consequences for the work of the organization have been outlined.
