THE APPLICATION AND CORRELATION OF THE CONCEPTS OF SOCIAL MOBILITY AND THE CIRCULATION OF ELITES IN THE STUDY OF THE POLITICAL ELITE

Abstract
In this article the author compares the concepts of vertical and social mobility from the theory of social mobility and the concept of incorporation, recruitment, rotation and incorporation from the theory of elites. Through a comparison of concepts, the author concretizes them and makes conclusions about their applicability in the theoretical and empirical study of political elites.
