Abstract
The article describes practical approaches to the formation of professional competence of the students who are studying at the faculty of specialist training of logistic support. The main attention is focused on the characteristics of the organizational and pedagogical conditions that have an impact on the formation of all the criteria of professional competence of future logistics officers. The main components of structural model, which was introduced in the professional training of cadets of the Military Academy (Odessa city) were analyzed .
