ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE COMPANY – SELECTED ASPECTS

Abstract
The study describes the basic concepts related to the organizational structure of the company and shows how to create the structure of an organization. In addition, factors affecting the structure of the organization in a company are described and the results of research carried out on the group of self-employment companies and a group of small business enterprises of Silesia Voivodship in terms of the organizational structure of the company.
