Abstract
The article investigates the leading principles of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine, analyzes its jurisdiction and competence as a leading state body whose creation is aimed at developing a successful society and an effective state in an anti-corruption aspect. The main idea of this article is highlighting the main problem and controversial issues that arise in relation to the leading principles of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine in the system of cooperation with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraineand Specialized Prosecutor's office of Ukraine. The main task is also analyzing the main provisions of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine activity in terms of its jurisdiction and competence, and highlighting the polemical issues of this direction. In process of analyzing the nature of such term as "corruption", we can note that it contains rather clear socio-political features, which makes it unmistakable that corruption is widely manifested in the activities of public authorities. The logical conclusion of such acts is the generation of deep distrust of citizens towards the state as a whole. The task of the Supreme Anticorruption Court is fighting against corruption together with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and the State Investigation Bureau. It is in the combination, interaction and cooperation of these bodies that corrupt issues of our country should be solved. However, there are currently some contradictions and differences in the stage of creating, forming and debugging this system. The solution of them can still accelerate and bring somewhat closer to the long-awaited moment of effective work of anti-corruption bodies. There are currently quite unsolved problems and unresolved issues regarding the activities and competence of the Supreme Anticorruption Court of Ukraine. However, the priority and one of the most important issues is the creation of the Supreme Anticorruption Court and the one-hour preservation of the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Ukraine or a part of it, or the possibility of continuing to consider corruption crimes in parallel with such a newly formed court. So, we can assert that the Supreme Anticorruption Court must have full and exclusive jurisdiction to deal with corruption offenses, regardless of which authority is responsible for pre-trial investigation of such an offense.
