ОСНОВНЫЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ МОДЕРНИЗАЦИИ СИСТЕМЫ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ ШВЕЙЦАРИИ: ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ И АНАЛИЗ

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical analysis and review of modern tendencies in modernization of vocational education and training in Switzerland, as well as revealing the main directions and backgrounds of reforming the system of vocational education and training under the influences of globalization processes in the world labor market. Thus, having studied the problem of the research, we can estimate that the modernization of vocational education and training in Switzerland is focused on the cooperation of vocational education institutions with social partners (trade unions, chambers, organizations); considering multilingvism while developing education programs for the training of future skilled workers in vocational training institutions of secondary and tertiary levels; the Englishization of Swiss education system to promote students` mobility and the quick adaptation of skilled labor force to the peculiarities of the world labor market; upgrading of vocational requirements for admission to higher vocational training programs; focusing on research activity while graduating at higher vocational institutions; international cooperation of Swiss higher vocational institutions with world leading education and vocational institutions as well as enterprises and companies; development of programs of lifelong learning; the promotion of Swiss vocational education and training in the global education area.
