ПРОФЕСІЙНІ ФАКТОРИ СИНДРОМУ ЕМОЦІЙНОГО ВИГОРАННЯ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ ПРОФЕСІЙНО-ТЕХНІЧНИХ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДІВ

Abstract

The factors that initiate this syndrome in the professional activity of teachers are highlighted. The relationship between the attitude to work, the students and the individual burnout symptoms is determined. The results of the study of the level of formation of components of the emotional burnout syndrome in the masters of production training, the vast majority of which have no pedagogical education, with a pedagogical experience of more than 10 years are presented. A number of features have been identified that allow us to characterize professional activity as potentially emotionally. The presented results of the study will allow to plan methodical work in vocational schools in order to develop the professional competence of pedagogical workers and promote its effectiveness.
