ОСОБЕННОСТИ РЕМОДЕЛИРОВАНИЯ ЛЕВОГО ЖЕЛУДОЧКА У ПОЖИЛЫХ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ СЕРДЦА

Abstract
In this article were studied structural and functional changes of left ventricle in 78 elderly patients with chronic ischemic heart disease (mean old 72,5 ± 6,4 years). The estimation dynamics of clinical-echocardiography parameters is conducted during study. It was determined that in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease older than 70 years versus more younger patients there were dilatation of the left ventricle, hypertrophy of myocardium and increase of diastolic dysfunction (global and/or regional) with absent significant changes of the systolic function of the left ventricle. For old age patients regional disorders of the diastolic function of the left ventricle are characteristic. During the multivariate regressive analysis, the risk factors of the progress of left ventricular structural and functional disorders are set for these patients. There are several risk factors: previous myocardial infarction, age more than 70, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, chronic kidney diseases.
