Особенности сетевого делового этикета в русском и польском языке

Abstract
Business netiquette is now one of the most important indicators of professional behavior in the business sphere. Insufficient knowledge of the norms and requirements of electronic business correspondence can prevent establishing long-term business relationships and cause disruption of important activities and plans. In the article, we consider the structure of electronic messages, as well as their formats and the linguistic repertoire specific to the Polish and Russian languages. The necessity for such research is evident, as the modern netiquette has not been keeping up with the fast developing technology and related Internet communication advances. This is where we see the need for developing language-sensitive (Russian and Polish) standards of Internet communication, and business electronic communication in particular.
