ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПЕРЕБІГУ ВАГІТНОСТІ У ЖІНОК З ПЕРИНАТАЛЬНИМИ ВТРАТАМИ В АНАМНЕЗІ

Abstract
Prospective, controlled, randomized trial involving 98 pregnant women was conducted aiming on determining the peculiarities of the course of pregnancy in women with perinatal loss in history, of which 52 women aged 28.5 [24.0; 31.0] years, gestational age 29.0 [24.0; 31.0] weeks with perinatal loss in history and a group of 46 pregnant women without abortions or unsuccessful births (child's death) in anamnesis, comparable by anthropodemographic parameters and gestational periods. In the anamnestic aspect, the features of pregnant women with a history of perinatal loss is a relatively shorter interval between consequent pregnancies, frequent development of extragenital pathology – of respiratory system, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular systems and orthopedic disorders, and a high frequency of adverse gynecological history. In the context of the complications of pregnancy, women with perinatal loss are at risk of interrupting pregnancy, gestosis, fetoplacental pathology, thrombophilia, precocious detachment of the placenta, iron deficiency anemia, stopping the development of pregnancy, preterm labor. Prospects for further research is comparative analysis of pregnancy and delivery course, health state of neonates in women with complicated obstetric anamnesis depending on performed treatment.
