Abstract
У статті розглянуто особливості побудови жіночої та чоловічої кар’єри з урахуванням мотивів та перспектив подальшого кар’єрного росту. Було виявлено, що у процесі вибору професійного спрямування на жінок та чоловіків впливають різні соціальні, психологічні та особистісні фактори. Проведено аналіз гендерних відмінностей та особливостей побудови кар’єри чоловіків та жінок. Наведено основні страхи чоловіків та жінок при побудові власної кар’єри.
