Abstract
Dovgal O.V. Features of modern methodological approaches to the assessment of the resource potential of rural areas in the region: the state and directions of improvement. The article presents the study of the overwhelming majority of methodological approaches to assessing the resource potential of any level. It is shown that the stage of the formalization of the integral index, preceded by proposals for the methodology and the evaluation of the main components on their basis. In the case of assessing the resource potential of rural areas - a methodology for assessing their natural resource, demographic, tourist, recreational and production potential. Today Ukraine faces real danger, catastrophic and irreparable consequences - the demographic crisis. Lowering the life expectancy, fertility, reducing the health of the nation, increasing emigration, increasing mortality, aging, etc. - all of this directly affects the quantitative-qualitative, qualification-educational level of the labor force, which ultimately provides the state and individual-human welfare. It is proved that the indices of the conditions of its reproduction and development occupy an important place in the study of the dynamics of the demographic potential of rural areas by means of the methodical device. The level of provision of the rural territory by the objects of social infrastructure - social and consumer and socio-cultural Studies have shown that focusing attention on the field of agricultural production, as a key to the realization of the productive potential of rural areas, is a temporary phenomenon. As the rural economy develops, diversification of social production will take place - folk crafts, industrial processing of agricultural raw materials, non-agricultural services, etc. will develop. The economy of rural areas will become more complex, which will require appropriate methodological approaches to assess its productive potential.
