Особливості та шляхи реалізації менторських програм в університетах США

Abstract
У статті охарактеризовано підходи та способи реалізації менторських програм для молодих викладачів в університетах США, а також виявлено особливості менторських взаємовідносин на рівні професорсько-викладацького складу. Акцентовано увагу на обов’язках всіх учасників типової менторської програми та переваги запровадження таких програм для підвищення якості професійно-педагогічної підготовки майбутніх викладачів.
