Особливості участі прокурора у кримінальному провадженні щодо неповнолітніх за законодавством зарубіжних країн

Abstract
This article is devoted to the to the research of activity of prosecutor in criminal proceedings in relation to minor in the context of the legislation of Ukraine and the modal legislation of the foreign countries. Basic attention is concentrated on the comparative analysis of the Prosecutor’s procedural activity in the criminal proceeding under the legislation of foreign countries on this question. Also, the individual law is determined, which should be introduced in national legislation В статье рассматриваются особенности деятельности прокурора в уголовном производстве в отношении несовершеннолетних в контексте уголовного процессуального законодательства Украины и зарубежных стран. Основное внимание в работе сосредоточивается на анализе норм Уголовно-процессуальных кодексов зарубежных стран по данному вопросу. Также определяются отдельные правовые нормы, которые следует ввести и в отечественное законодательство.
