Особливості укладення договору оренди танспортних засобів

Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей укладання договору оренди транспортних засобів шляхом аналізу принципу свободи договору та основних стадій укладання. Зазначено, що істотні умови в договорі оренди, як і в будь-якому іншому договорі, є необхідним фактом для того, щоб угода вважалась дійсною. Істотні умови виявляють обов’язковий зміст договору. Зміст договору складають його умови, за допомогою яких сторони визначають свої дії, порядок їх здійснення.
