ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЗАЛУЧЕННЯ ПРЯМИХ ІНОЗЕМНИХ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙ В ЕКОНОМІКУ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
Bukhalo O.V. Features attraction of direct foreign investments into the economy of Ukraine. The goal of this paper is to conduct a comparative analysis of the volume of direct foreign investments into the economy of Ukraine and its regions and scientifically grounded proposals on improving the investment climate and improving the competitiveness of the domestic economy. This paper outlines the importance of foreign investment for the country’s economy. The main directions of investment in the economy of Ukraine and the regions of the country are considered. The dynamics of flows of direct foreign investments into Ukraine and regions of the country is explored. The necessity of their involvement in modern market conditions of management is substantiated. As a result of research was determined that the features attraction of foreign investments in Ukraine to form the modern global space is the orientation on a domestic consumer, to invest the companies with higher profitability and a fast payback period. Today, the actual problems of attraction foreign investments are: political and legislative instability, deficiency of reliable guarantees defense in changes legislation of Ukraine, significant tax and administrative pressure, high levels of corruption and bureaucracy, a significant level of inflation in Ukraine and the complexity of registration, licensing and custom processes. Problems in investment activity in the Poltava region are: insufficient application of modern means of dissemination of information on the investment potential of the Poltava region; an extremely cumbersome licensing system that negatively affects the implementation of investment projects that affects the investment attractiveness of the regions; reduction of budget expenditures for radical innovations, updating of agrarian production and products. The main ways of solving these problems may be: creating the institution systems and mechanisms that improve the activities of investors in Ukraine. In order to improve the situation in the field of investment activities in the Poltava region, the following measures should be taken: to ensure a stable regulatory framework in order to improve the investment climate at the regional level; provide incentives to increase investment in the agroindustrial sector. Conclusion has been made about the improvement of the legal and organizational framework for improving the favorable investment climate and increasing the competitiveness of the domestic economy.
