Abstract
V.V. Posylaiev, S.V. Sherstiuk, K.I. Posylaieva. The Analysis of the efficiency of land using in agricultural enterprises. Land is the main means of production in agriculture. The land is completely different from other branches of the economy, where exactly the economic efficiency and production capacity of all resources well known. Its performance is not accurate and under the influence of various factors, it can change the natural and economic nature. Modern scientific researches on the use of land based on various techniques and approaches, which, as a rule, are based on relative performance indicators. However, the degree of influence of the structure of sown areas on the indicators of its effectiveness is investigated in publications not enough. Methods of research consist of conducting methodological analysis of the efficiency of land using the size and volume of production. The article shows the methodology and sequence of conducting an analysis of the efficiency of land using in a particular agricultural enterprise due to the influence of the structure of the crop area on the average yield of agricultural crops, the volume of the gross output and the amount of profit. This methodology based on methods of deterministic factor analysis. The main thing is the calculation of the influence of the structural factor. We have identified the main factors that determine the change in the level of crop productivity and level of gross collection and the size of their impact. We evaluated the achieved level of basic indicators of the efficiency of land use of the investigated farm. We made conclusions about the feasibility of using this methodology for analyzing the efficiency and rational using of land.
