Voit D., Didenko D. Cluster approach to regional development of tourism. It is proved that tourism is an effective means of economic and social development and is able to provide significant benefits to the region. These main benefits include a general upsurge in the economic development of the region, raising its prestige, increasing employment and household incomes, solid foreign exchange earnings, revenue from fiscal sources, additional commercial agencies, infrastructure and service facilities created to stimulate tourism development. It has been established that in order to give the subjects of the regional tourist cluster the opportunity to share information with each other in a language of general standards, to compare the effectiveness of their work with the work of other participants, to learn from the best representatives of the cluster and external companies, the SCOR model was developed. The model allows to describe and create the basis for planning, control and improvement of supply chains within the regional tourist cluster. The model is defined "from supplier suppliers to consumer customers", that is, describes the so-called extended supply chain. It is proved that the introduction of automated control systems becomes indispensable for fast and error-free control, a full-fledged analysis of the situation, speed and completeness of customer service. Due to the automation of the processes of functioning of the systems an interconnection between the various services of the firm is achieved, which greatly increases the efficiency of labor. This opens up new opportunities for effective solution of the main tasks of the tourism business. Key words: tourism sphere, regional cluster, management mechanisms, SCOR-model, Black Sea region.
