ФОРМУВАННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОЇ АГРАРНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ В УМОВАХ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОЇ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
T.I. Oleynik, O.V. Ksonova. Formation of effective agrarian policy in the conditions of the European integration of Ukraine. The bases of formation of effective agrarian policy in the conditions of the European integration of Ukraine are defined and analyzed in the article. By the results of the conducted researches authors drew a conclusion about necessity of transformation of domestic agrarian policy considering the experience of the European policy of development of rural areas on the basis of the tools approved by the states-members of EU. For agrarian policy of Ukraine have to become priority the consolidated support by the society of stable development of rural territories, involvement of youth to the agrarian sphere, increase in investment appeal of branch for small, average and large investors. The state policy of development of agrarian sector of Ukraine has to be focused on support of a national producer in foreign markets. Export incomes of agricultural production have to become a component of development of rural territories, the social sphere of the village increase in the income of a rural population. Agrarian transformations in Ukraine need to be carried out taking into account national peculiarities and structure of granting agrarian subventions. It is necessary to keep and expand programs of preferential crediting of producers within "a yellow basket". The key priority of agrarian policy of the country remains formation of a competitive producer of qualitative and competitive production.
