OUTLOOK OF DEVELOPMENT AND MODERNIZATION OF UKRAINE’S COMPETITIVE LEGISLATION IN CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
The formation of its own regulatory framework for the competitive legislation of Ukraine has its own history and peculiarities of development. In order to determine the prospects for improving and modernizing the competitive legislation with effective tools and mechanisms to ensure a real level of competition in the country, it is necessary to analyze the history of formation, the current state of national legislation and to analyze the international legal acts concerning the regulation of competition. The process of improving, streamlining and systematizing the rules of competition law, as a matter of priority, must take into account the state of international competition and globalization.
