Outsourcing control of work of devices of relay protection and control in power smart-grid. Part 1 Theory.

Abstract

The problem of workplace organization to perform outsourced control of protection and control devices is considered. The problem of recognition, storage and transmission on the distance of the sense of transient processes in multiple sites working together in the network of smart-grid is studied. The proposal is based on the solution of problems of modelling of real-time devices, structural pattern recognition, separation of motions in frequency and meaning. The time of a single calculation is reduced with stability of simulation. The problem of ‘information throat’ for energy smart-grid networks is solved.
