Abstract
If we observe the market, where there are translocation processes you will notice the following trend: the strong stream of mass-production goods, where customers want to get the goods in the "Home to home" or "door to door" system; in connection with increasing production specialization, in logistic operators the demand for supplying small parcels (packages) grows; customers want to know the time of delivery, the quality of all delivery processes and they want to pay low prices; the demand for all full services provided by logistic operators increases. Before many firms decide on outsourcing.
