PACACPORTAL: Student Portal of Pacac High School

Abstract
The growing reliance on digital platforms in educational institutions has heightened the demand for centralized, efficient, and user-friendly information systems. At Pacac High School, the absence of a unified student portal led to challenges in academic communication, information dissemination, and administrative processes. This study aimed to design, develop, and evaluate a customized student portal tailored to the needs of the institution. The development process followed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework with the Scrum methodology, allowing iterative progress through planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and evaluation. The system was evaluated using the ISO/IEC 25010 quality model to measure software quality attributes and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess user acceptance. Results showed that the system achieved an overall "Excellent" rating (M = 4.42) in technical quality, particularly in functional suitability, security, and maintainability. User acceptance received a "Very Good" rating (M = 3.88), reflecting strong perceived usefulness and ease of use. The findings affirm the effectiveness of combining agile development with standardized evaluation frameworks in producing educational systems that are both technically sound and well-received by users. The developed student portal serves as a scalable and adaptable solution for improving academic services and communication within the school environment.
