Palatin tonsilde nadir görülen kitle: Schwannoma

Abstract
Tonsil schwannomu; yavaş büyüyen boğazda yabancı cisim hissi, ağrılı yutma zorluğu ve horlama gibi ana semptomları olan benign tümördür. Bizim bu olgu sunumunda amacımız; 34 yaşında kadın hastada, yutma güçlüğüne neden olan sol tonsilde kitle nedeniyle opere edilen ve histopatolojik olarak literatürde çok nadir görülen tonsil schwannomunu sunmaktır. Tümör trans-oral yol diseksiyon yöntemi ile çıkarıldı. Postoperatif bir yıl sonraki kontrolünde komplikasyona rastlanılmadı. Anahtar kelimeler: Schwannoma, palatin tonsil, antoni A, antoni B
