Pamięć a perspektywa dramaturgiczna w działaniach artystycznych Ołeny Kostiuk

Abstract
In this paper I analyze the way of construing memory and identity in the works of Lviv-based artist Olena Kostiuk. I place particular emphasis on two of her projects: The Orchard and The Mirror. In both of them the artists refers to Ukrainian archetypes, testimonies and material remnants of the past, using them in her performance, forcing the audience to rethink human condition as well as their own attitude towards the past, the tradition, and the nation.<br/><br/>
