Paperwork as a Component of E-business Infrastructure

Abstract
The aim of the article is to analyze the current trends in records management as a component of e-business infrastructure, as well as justification for the need for the implementation of information systems and technology in the organization of documents of business entities. Systematizing and summarizing the scientific achievements of scientists and specialists the features of information systems that are used to automate document-business needs of business entities were analyzed; the shortcomings of the current regulatory framework which regulates the electronic records management processes in Ukraine; the necessary and sufficient conditions for the introduction of electronic documents were covered; the basic requirements for the electronic documents intended for the storage for life were detailed. Based on the regulatory and law framework, by relative comparisons the concepts of "electronic document management" and "electronic document" were elaborated; the concepts of "digital signature" and "electronic document" were defined. The directions for the development of various spheres of e-business infrastructure were suggested: e-Government, e-Health, e-Learning, e-Commerce, and others. Expediency of implementation of the technical regulations to ensure the establishment of IT-foundation for the development of e-business infrastructure was grounded and the quality of services was assured.
