PARAMETERS OF ORDER AS ATTRACTIVE STRUCTURE FOR ARCHITECTONICS OF SOCIOECONOMIC SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Purpose generalize and make new scientific research attractive architectonics structures for socio-economic system of Ukraine by isolating these order parameters: spirituality and religiosity Ukrainian people; sense of national unity and people of Ukrainian spirit; recoverability of natural resources; technology development based on the latest technological structures; equitable income distribution, social justice, manifested in the reduction has developed between rich and poor; democracy; improvement of legislation in the context of the new institutional environment; development of a new monetary system. Methodology of research. In this work used such methods: monographic analytical analysis results of research on the topic of the article; theoretical generalization, system analysis and scientific abstraction the formulation of order parameters as attractive architectonics structures for socio-economic system of Ukraine; analysis and synthesis to study and isolation of order parameters; compare to assess awareness of social inequality and shortages of natural resources; abstract- logical for theoretical generalizations and drawing conclusions. Findings. Found that architectonic socio-economic market entropic system of Ukraine is built on a false foundation financial economy the rule of money as the highest values, destruction of nature, unfair income distribution, not on taking care of man, his spiritual development. Revealed today that this system is in a state of uncertainty (at the bifurcation point), which manifests itself in the global civilization crisis, particularly in the economic and financial, which is not only a crisis of economy and finance, and includes a much deeper meaning, until the human mind and society. Therefore required fundamental complex transformation. In order to overcome the current state of chaos and entropy socio-economic system of Ukraine is necessary to find and understand in today space-time coordinates of this attractive structure in which the architectonic socio-economic system of Ukraine would choose from the variety of options path of development based on spirituality, national ideas of social justice and environmental protection. It is established that till now in Ukraine there are signs of achievement and selection of negative attractors. The parameters of the order, which should become the basis for formation of a new qualitative ordering of the architectonics of the social and economic system of Ukraine, are substantiated. Originality. Overview and proposed a new structure for attractive architectonics socio-economic system of Ukraine by the isolation order parameters: spirituality and religiosity Ukrainian people; sense of national unity and people of Ukrainian spirit; recoverability of natural resources; technology development based on the latest technological structures; equitable income distribution, social justice, manifested in the reduction has developed between rich and poor; democracy; improvement of legislation in the context of the new institutional environment; development of a new monetary system. Practical value. Results of the study can be taken into account in the development strategy of socio-economic system of Ukraine to enter the system from a state of permanent crisis and chaos, which is Ukraine.
