Saliva tests and Candida diagnostics were also performed. Results: Neglected oral hygiene and gingivitis were revealed in 14 patients. Mucous lesions were found in 15 patients including all APS-1 patients. Oral candidiasis and angular cheilitis were the most frequent findings, followed by leukoplakia, melanoplakia, ulcerative changes and geographic tongue. Developmental disturbances of the enamel were diagnosed in 11 patients. Conclusions: Oral pathological lesions are frequent occurrences in patients with APS-1. Alterations of the clinical picture of different types of APS were also observed. It indicates a relationship between the specifictypeofAPSsyndromesandoralcavitycondition. There is a clear need for this research to be continued.
