PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THE COMBOTANT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF EXTREME CONDITIONS

Abstract
The theoretical review of pathological changes of combatant`s physical and mental health which are formed under the influence of extreme conditions of execution of military service is provided in this article. Was considered reasons and factors of extreme conditions of military service which influence emergence of pathological changes of health of the serviceman. Was considered the concept of a stress and a distress, mental strain and combat fatigue as causes of mental illness and post-trauma stress disorder. Was considered symptoms of a stress, a phases of the general adaptation syndrome and stages of post-trauma stress disorder. Was considered post-trauma stress disorder signs at the Ukrainian combatants.
