The relapse of achieved correction in 2 (8%) cases, the atypical secondary moderate depth deformation in 2 (8%), the secondary pectus carinatum view deformation in 3 (12%) cases. In three cases it was necessary to introduce the second Nuss steel bar to hold the stercostal complex in corrected position 6 months after inserting the first plate. Discussion:The reason for occurrence of these complaints after correction of pectus excavatum were associated with delaying an ossification and incomplete formation of bone strength in the field of sternocostal complex in adolescent's age.
