Pathology of Economical Empowering plans in Imam Khomeini Relief Committee

Abstract
Poverty is one of the most dangerous economical phenomenon in which threatens the economic, political, and cultural life of nations. Imam Khomeini Relief Committee has tried to provide occupations and for deprived supported people and other needy poor. This study aimed at analyzing pathology of the model of economical empowering of clients that are supported by Relief Committee. This study is a descriptive research that is an applied research. In this study the statistical society contains clients of Relief Committee who used facilities and sufficiency credits in 2011 that were 220000 individuals. In this study the necessary data was collected using library method and statistics and data related to variables was in the studied population that inventory was used. The result shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between assessing needs, talent assessment and education, paying facilities, sustainability of jobs, supervision, and monitoring. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship between age and assessing needs, but there is a negative relationship between age, supervision and monitoring and it has a negative and significant relationship with sustainability of jobs. Clients don’t have the same views about pathologies in different provinces. Views of clients in different designs with respect to assessing needs, talent assessment and sustainability of jobs are significant.
