Patient’s satisfaction with healthcare services provided in Iran. A review

Abstract

Analyzing patients’ satisfaction as a complement of other measurement instruments of healthcare services can remind us of many existent problems in the healthcare systems. Nurses, medics and other medical staff with healthcare services influence patients’ satisfaction. This review research was conducted in 2014. The information provided in available databases in Iran such as SID, IranMedex, Medible, Pubmed, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar was reviewed. The key terms searched for were: patient, disease, satisfaction, Iran, hospital, physician, nurse, healthcare services. They were both in Persian and English. These articles were published in the year span 1998-2013. All studies which investigate patient’s satisfaction with healthcare services entered the study. Those with no certain results were excluded. Nurses, Medics and Health should take ability and increase quality of services according to patient's conditions.
