PATRIOTIC INTELLIGENTSIA AS AN IDEOLOGIST OF NATIONAL PATRIOTISM

Abstract
Introduction. The author pays a special attention to the moral principles of human thinking, understanding by each person not only duties but also the internal responsibility for their contribution to the public life of their own destiny. Purpose. A study of the intelligentsia as the part of society that is capable to produce the necessary ideas and to implement the ideological influence and to implement the ideas of patriotism through the education and upbringing in human’s everyday life. Methods. The author used a critical reflection method, the phenomenological method, hermeneutical method, comparative analysis method. Results. Based on the role and place of intelligentsia, we can highlight its potential as a subject of the formation of the ideology of patriotism, in the aspects of science, in socio-pedagogical and psycho-pedagogical spheres. Originality. The article presented the approach, in which the social phenomenon of intelligentsia is in the quality of its capability to become the subject of the formation of ideology. It is proved that the intelligentsia has intellectual and creative potential to become the ideologue of formation of patriotism in the scientific, social, pedagogical and psychological aspects. Conclusion. Patriotism is manifested as the most important spiritual heritage of identity, characterized by a high level of development and is manifested in the active self-activity for the benefit of the Fatherland. A new patriotic ideology appears as a certain foundation of modern social and public architecture, methodological support of its viability, one of the main conditions for the effective functioning of the system of social and state institutions. The task of national intelligentsia is a recreation of patriotism as a source of spiritual and moral strength and health of society and its strength, which is particularly powerful and rapidly manifested at a critical stage of development, while large, historically significant events in the years of heavy social experience.
