PAYMENTS ON REGULATION: CONCEPT, LEGAL NATURE, ELEMENTS

Abstract
In the article theoretical research of legal nature of such obligatory payment as payments on regulation, that is celebrated by payers under the Law of Ukraine “On Energy and Utilities the National Regulatory Commission of Ukraine” on the basis of comparatively legal analysis with such legal categories, as a “tax”, “collection”, “administrative collection”. An author distinguishes the elements of payment on adjusting. On results under taken a study determination of concept “payments on regulation” is given.
