Abstract
In the article we focus on the research of electoral support of the political subjects in the communities of Prešov district. Research was made with the help of statistic data about the elections into the National Council of SR executed on 17 th June 2006. The aim was to find out the area differences of political decisions of residents in Prešov district and determine geographical aspects, which cause them.
