PECULARITIES OF CHILDREN’S PERCEPTION OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of children’s perception of foreign words and features of a bilingual environment in which they can absorb new words. Based on the analysis of the specific language environment which the child enters, as well as the study of scientific literature, it is concluded that the socio-psychological conditions for language teaching are of particular importance. In this sense, there are many forms of teaching the language in the family, at school and in special groups. The article also considers the foreign experience of teaching a foreign language starting from the early ages. So the conclusion is that there are special language behaviors, and in different languages they are sometimes strongly different from each other, and it should be taken into account in teaching the language.
