PECULARITIES OF TEACHERS: COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MODERN WORLD AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article analyzes the world and domestic experience of determining the competence of teachers in the conditions of modernization of education. The main documents of the European Commission, the Council of Europe, European professional organizations on the formation of common key competencies of teachers are indicated. An attempt was made to analyze the peculiarities of pedagogical competence sets in some countries of Europe and Ukraine, to carry out a comparative description.
