PECULIARITIES OF ACCUSATION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS IN ABSENTIA

Abstract
Different issues of peculiarities of accusation in criminal proceedings in absentia were investigated in the article. Key peculiarities of this function fulfillment were pointed out in the matter of factual intake of appearance, identifying evidences, informing, and transformation of this special procedure of criminal proceedings into general procedure. In order to increase effectiveness of fulfillment of accusation in criminal proceedings in absentia, amendments to part 5 of article 2974 and part 4 of article 323 of Code of Criminal Procedures of Ukraine were proposed.
