Peculiarities of career guidance work that is carried out by the British higher veterinary educational establishments.

Abstract
Conducting of the career guidance work by the British veterinary higher establishments has been analyzed in the article. The UK has a well-developed pupils’ career guidance system. The secondary education in this country is decentralized and standardized by the Framework for Higher Educational Qualifications (FHEQ) that has eight levels. The first three levels refer to the secondary education; higher education is standardized by the 4-8 levels of the Framework. Taking into consideration the positive British experience possible ways of adopting of this experience have been determined. According to the authors’ point of view the career guidance work should be carried out by the Universities.
