PECULIARITIES OF COMPOSITION THE MODERN FINANCIAL MECHANISM OF TRANSNATIONAL COMPANIES

Abstract
Article is devoted to researching the main aspects of financial system of TNC. The definition of TNC's finance is given. It is proposed to analyze TNC's finance in five aspects. The first one is connected with financial management. There are two types of financial management – operational (short-term) and strategic (long-term). The main models of financial management are described. The second aspect of financial activity of TNC is connected with attraction of long-term external to TNC financial funds from international sources. The third aspect defines the special features of affiliates financing. The fourth aspect discloses the peculiarities of planning and forecasting of financial activity of TNCs. And the last aspect connected with defining the theoretical approaches to financial decisions in the way of implementing the main financial models to analysis and substantiation of financial decisions made in the structure of TNC. The connection and interaction of TNC's finance and global financial environment are proved.
