PECULIARITIES OF DISCIPLINARY RESPONSIBILITY OF CIVIL SERVANTS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The modern features of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants are considered in the article. The special atten-tion is spared to the renewed legislation that regulates the sphere of government service on the whole, and question of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants, in particular. The authors draw attention of scientists and legislators need to eliminate corruption factors and not to the problems of publicity disciplinary responsibility of civil servants.
