CRITERIA AND INDICATORS OF EFFECTIVENESS OF THE LOCAL SELF GOVERNMENT’S ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article deals with the effectiveness as the category of public administration in the context of the decentraliza-tion and increasing of the self government’s role in the municipal level. The main problems of the effectiveness of the local self government’s activity and the ways of its solving and efficiency’s improvement are determined. The main attention is paid to the foreign experience.
