THE THREATS OF ECOLOGICAL SAFETY IN THE SYSTEM OF NATIONAL SAFETY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
One of the main problem of humanity is a problem of ecological safety. Ecological problems broke the national tether long before and were at the receiving end of not only internal policy, but also world policy. In Ukraine ecological situation is characterized as crisis situation. The level of general anthropogenic impact on environment is unsatisfactory. The aim of observation is defi nition and analysis of terms “national safety”, “ecological safety”, fi nding threats of ecological safety and sources of its origin. Show the location of threats of ecological safety in the system of national safety of Ukraine. The ecological safety is considered by the author as a key component of national safety, detailed and complex study of ecological threats are considered as a one of the step on the way of safety protection of Ukrainian society and nation totally. The national safety is presented as an integral system by the according to results of analysis of national and foreign fund.Constitutive elements of current system is defi ned, it is the ecological safety and threats of ecological safety. Content analysis of essence of the concept “ecological safety” was done. Ecological threats were defi ned and showed its location in the system of national safety in Ukraine. The problematic issues of realization of ecological policy in Ukraine are defi ned and the ways of its solution are prpposed.
