LEGAL MECHANISMS OF STATE SUPPORT TO MARKET OF LABOUR DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The study examined this article advocates the labor market as an object of state administration. The essence of the regulation of basic processes that occur in this area, based on the interaction of market mechanism of self-regulation and public influence to make this process truly effective, a prerequisite is having a good legal framework, which would imply the existence of such leverage public processes that promote the development of the labor market. Therefore, the theme study are legal mechanisms for state support of labor market and purpose is to explore and to define the legal mechanisms of the labor market. In the article the main approaches to defining the essence of the concept of «labor market», describes the key factors and conditions that lead to imbalances of the labor market and the necessity of state intervention in the regulation of basic processes in this area. The main aspects on which are based mechanisms of public administration and public support and, in the context of the subject, considered a number of legal action that are the legal mechanism of state support. The brief describes specific tools embodiment legal mechanism of state support of the labor market. The novelty of this study lies in the fact that actually removed the definition of «legal mechanism of state support», describes its place in the overall structure of state support. The results of this study can serve as a basis for further study of this issue, the study and analysis of the legal framework, which laid the foundation of public support from the government towards the development of the labor market.
